Get change history for a topic. Returns audit trail of modifications with user attribution, and the topics merged into it or that it was merged into. actions is always empty. A topic archived in the v1 to v2 migration returns 404 with data.reason archived_in_v1_to_v2_migration.

`GET /topics/{topicId}/history`

**Responses**

- `200` — OK
- `400` — Invalid request (validation failed).
- `401` — Missing or invalid API key.
- `403` — The API key does not have access to this resource.
- `404` — The requested resource was not found.
- `429` — Rate limit exceeded.
- `500` — Internal server error.
